This is a Human Resources Management System that is being developed by the Center for Modernizing Government Initiative – CMGI, and it is being implemented in Odisha, India. The HRMS ODISHA project aims to be the primary vehicle of transactions of government employees. It is a database-and-application software that is used to carry out personnel transactions of government employees online through the Internet. This aims to be the primary vehicle for carrying out transactions of government employees.
